Dominique Has a Van!

Ronald McDonald House, Wilmington, DE May 17, 2026

There’s something truly special about a Dominique Smiles visit—it’s more than just a moment, it’s an experience! From the second he arrives, the energy shifts. His presence brings warmth, positivity, and a genuine connection that’s hard to put into words. Thank you to Sandy Smith, his owner for bringing him in to make more memories here at Inners Creek🥰
